Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Referrals made after this date are subject to the following terms and conditions. Referrals made prior to this update are subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of the referral.
The Greelen Referral Program (“The Program”) allows participants to earn a referral compensation by recommending homes interested in installing Greelen’s solar energy systems. Subject to other eligibility criteria, participants can receive a referral compensation when a referred homeowner signs a contract with Greelen for a complete solar energy system installation, comprised of Solar Panels, Inverter and Connection to the Public Electricity Service or batteries for their own independent electrical service
Participation in this program is subject to these terms and conditions. Submitting a referral through the referral landing page on the website referrals.greelen.com (“Landing Page”) constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. As used in these terms and conditions, the term “Greelen” includes Greelen LLC and any subsidiaries or affiliates of Greelen LLC.
Referral Process:
Participants (Referrer) can join the program by submitting the name and contact details (name, email address, and/or phone number) of a homeowner interested in installing a solar energy system on their property, whom we refer to as a "Referee". This must be done through the referral landing page. Participants must also include their own contact information when making a referral.
When a Referee enters into a contract with Greelen to install a Solar Energy System, even if this occurs more than twelve months after the referrer provided the Referee’s contact details to Greelen and provided all other program terms and conditions are met, Greelen will process the referral payment to the referrer roughly 30 days after the property activates the Solar Energy System via Greelen.com. The referrer will receive regular updates on the Referee’s progress throughout this period.
Greelen reserves the right to withhold compensation if a participant cancels their agreement with Greelen within 30 days after the referred property is eligible to sign the installation contract with Greelen.com. Only properties located in Central Florida, USA, are eligible for the program.
Referral Payouts for Solar System Installations on Recommended Properties:
For participants who recommend solar system installations, the payouts are as follow:.
For solar systems from 3kW to 6kW: $500.
For solar systems over 6kW up to 9kW: $1,000.
For solar systems over 9kW up to 12kW: $1,500.
For solar systems over 12kW: $2,000.
Changes, Termination, or Suspension of the Program.
Greelen reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, or to suspend or terminate the Program, at any time without prior notice. However, should any changes, suspension, or termination occur, Greelen will continue any eligible referrals made before these changes take effect, as allowed by law.
Updates to these terms will be posted on the referral landing page and will be effective immediately. Continued participation in the Program following any updates signifies acceptance of these changes.
Please note that Greelen employees are not eligible to participate in this program.
